What you’ll do:
- Sew your own reusable menstrual pad
- Learn how to live your period in a more sustainable and healthy way
- Share your experiences in a warm, open conversation
What to bring: An old piece of absorbent, breathable fabric (cotton, bamboo or similar). Everything else is provided.
