Learn & Empower
We believe comprehensive menstrual education is key to promoting health, dignity, and equity. We are committed to destigmatizing menstruation and raising awareness about period poverty through education. Through workshops, online resources, and community outreach, we empower individuals with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to manage their menstrual care and advocate for menstrual equity in their communities.

Menstrual tracking, wellness, and histories of feminist self-help
…But I didn’t, and still don’t, like making a cult of ‘women’s knowledge,’ preening ourselves on knowing things men don’t know—women’s deep, irrational wisdom, women’s instinctive knowledge of nature, and so on.

Reclaiming Your Blood: Decolonizing the Menstrual Cycle
Ever wondered why “being on your period” is so demonized, pathologized and deemed as shameful by society, culture, religion, and the medical system? It’s not because there is something demonic or “wrong” or disgusting with menstruation or the people who experience it. It is because the dominant systems in power are colonial and patriarchal – that is, they are built and controlled by (and for) men, and are inherently racist and misogynist.
